Send money from wallet to wallet, instantly.
Move funds from your company wallet to any other Rox Pay wallet, business or personal, from the dashboard or through the API. You check the recipient before sending, and the money lands on their balance straight away.
What you get
Balance to balance, right away
When the recipient also has a Rox Pay wallet, funds move directly from one balance to the other and are available immediately.
See who you are paying
Enter the code or search by name: Rox Pay shows you the recipient's name and asks you to confirm before any money moves.
Recorded on both sides
Every transfer appears in the movements of both sender and recipient, with counterparty, code, reference and balance before and after.
From the dashboard, the map or your own software
Send money
Search for a business or a person by name, or paste their code. Choose the balance to use, the amount and a reference, then confirm.
Your company code
Every wallet has a code (CMP- for businesses, USR- for people). Copy and share it: whoever uses it sends money straight to your wallet.
Merchant map
Find businesses that accept Rox Pay and send money right from the merchant's card. Appearing on the map is each business's own choice.
REST API v5
Two endpoints to send and look up transfers from your own software, with idempotency key, error codes and scheduled transfers.
A transfer in four steps
The money doesn't go through a card or a bank transfer: it moves between two Rox Pay balances. Before every transfer the platform checks the recipient, the balance and the limits.
- Find the recipient: search for a business or a person by name, or enter their CMP- or USR- code.
- Verify: Rox Pay resolves the code and shows you the registered name. Inactive wallets and transfers to yourself are blocked.
- Send: choose the balance (EUR or another wallet currency), the amount and an optional reference, then confirm.
- Credited: the funds are on the recipient's balance straight away and the transfer shows up in both histories.
- Irrevocable: once confirmed, a transfer cannot be cancelled. That's why verification comes first.
- 1 Find Name or code
- 2 Verify Name confirmed
- 3 Send Amount and reference
- 4 Credited Straight to the balance
What's inside, in detail
Verified recipient
The code is resolved server-side before sending. Specific errors for invalid code, unknown recipient or a wallet that isn't active yet.
Multi-currency balances
Choose which wallet balance to send from. If you hold no balance in the requested currency, the transfer is refused before any money moves.
Scheduled transfers
Through the API you can set a future date (Europe/Rome time). The transfer stays pending and the balance is checked on the execution day.
Idempotency-Key
Send an Idempotency-Key header and retry safely: the same key never moves money twice.
Filterable history
Incoming and outgoing movements filtered by direction, date, amount and free text, with transfer status and balance before and after.
Machine-readable errors
Every rejection returns an ErrorCode (for example INSUFFICIENT_BALANCE or SELF_TRANSFER), so your software can react without parsing text.
Between wallets, out to the bank or in: the right tool for each movement
